Basics of Financial Literacy for Teens
Grades 8 and up. Thursdays at 6:00pm. October 26 and November 2, 9, 16. Online registration required – Must be able to attend all four workshop sessions.
Join Lauren Albert, MHS teacher of Personal Finance and Macroeconomics, for this four-part workshop. The four one-hour sessions will enable teens to build an understanding of basic money management and will cover topics including: spending versus saving; investing (stocks, bonds); borrowing and loans; consumer protection and being a savvy consumer.
