Conde Nast titles added to Zinio
Tired of lugging around doorstop-sized issues of Vogue? Now you can download it into your tablet or computer. Don’t worry, all the ads are included. Finally you can read Wired the way it’s supposed to be read, electronically. These, and seven more Conde Nast publications (including the New Yorker) have just been added to our Zinio platform. The nine titles are:Architectural Digest; Bon Appetit; Glamour; GQ; New Yorker; Teen Vogue; Vanity Fair; Vogue; and Wired.
Since Zinio was initially designed to sell subscriptions to individuals, it can be a little tricky to use for library patrons. One thing to keep in mind is you “check out” magazines via the Zinio web page, but if you are using a tablet you read them via the Zinio app.
Confused? Don’t worry, you are not alone. Drop by or call the Reference Desk (834-2281 x.3) and a librarian will be glad to help you. Better yet, email or call Librarians Liam Hegarty (834-2281 x. 209, email@example.com) or Paul Doherty (x.210, firstname.lastname@example.org) to set up an appointment to come down for help.
