The Franklin Method with Karen Batten
Tuesdays, May 23 & June 2, 6 at 10:00am. Village Center. No registration required. Join nurse practitioner, Karen Betten, and learn the Franklin Method. The Franklin Method does not teach a set of exercises. It teaches how any movement can become a beneficial exercise if performed with good function. Classes start with the most fundamental things we do all the time – everyday activities such as walking, sitting, standing. Because when we become good at the fundamentals, we become better at life.

The Art of Change: Exploring the Mind/Body Connection to move with ease and longevity.
Class 2 on June 2: (Please bring a mat)
Unlock the Hips and Liberate the Back: An Introduction to the Pelvis for whole body alignment to support moving in any activity with ease and longevity.
Class 3 on June 6: (Please bring a mat)
Release the Neck and Liberate the Shoulders.
