Construction Alert!

Over the next few weeks additional finishing touches will be completed. This may affect the peace and quiet in certain areas of the Library until the workman cease work in the late afternoon. We suggest you call ahead to find out what areas of the library are being worked on each weekday (weekends are unaffected).

Our new self-check machine has arrived and is happily checking out items in the front lobby. Besides looking nicer, it can also scan library card barcodes saved on your smart phones. We’ll be adding other features, such as book recommendations, over time. In other news, music (more…)

Larchmont Library Officially Re-Opens

The “NEW” Larchmont Public Library reopens following an official ribbon cutting that took place at 11am on Saturday, September 24. Library Board Chair, Pamela Tillinghast Dubitsky, cut the ribbon flanked by Town of Mamaroneck Supervisor, Nancy Seligson, and Village of Larchmont Mayor, Lorraine Walsh.
