The Larchmont Public Library Board of Trustees met on May 29, 2019, attended by Library Board Trustees Jennifer Conley (JC), Barbara Flickinger (BF), Lauren Gottfried (LG), John McGarr (JM), and Library Director Laura Eckley (LE). Board Chair Pamela Dubitsky and Library Board Trustees Barbara Liptack (BL) and Linnet Tse (LT) were absent.

Board Chair Pamela Dubitsky and Library Board Trustees Barbara Liptack (BL) and Linnet Tse (LT) were absent.
Board Trustee Lauren Gottfried called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.
The Board voted unanimously to enter into Executive Session to discuss personnel issues at 9:11 a.m. The Board voted unanimously to exit Executive Session at 9:44 a.m.
The Board voted unanimously to approve an MOA between the Library and the CSEA and authorized Board Chair Pamela Dubitsky to sign the MOA on behalf of the Library Board.
Board Trustee Lauren Gottfried adjourned the meeting at 9:46 a.m. The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board will be held on June 12, 2019.
