Dr. Mark Stoler, Professor Emeritus of History at the University of Vermont leads these DVD lectures. There will be a discussion period following each lecture led by one of our Reference Librarians.

Big players like Amazon and Target are pouring huge amounts of resources into machine learning, and many companies are using “Artificial intelligence” tools to help them focus on and retain their “gold” customers. This workshop will show that local businesses can also use AI to help them focus on and retain their own gold customers.
