
November 3rd is National Stress Awareness Day
Why not do something about it? Try one of the Library’s stress relieving programs on Zoom. On Tuesdays and Saturdays at 10 am we host QiGong, an ancient Chinese form of gentle exercise. Every Friday, at 9am, you can start your day with Westchester Breathes, a meditation class. Or try Yoga with Damien every other Saturday at 12:15 pm. Hopefully these programs will make you feel more relaxed during these stressful times.
