November 3rd is National Stress Awareness Day
Why not do something about it? Try one of the Library’s stress relieving programs on Zoom. On Tuesday’s and Saturday’s at 10 am we have QiGong, an ancient Chinese form of gentle exercise. Every Friday at 9am start your day with Westchester Breathes, a meditation class. Or try Yoga with Damien every other Saturday at 12:15 pm. Hopefully these programs will make you feel more relaxed in these stressful times.
