Literary Bites: A Cookbook Exploration
Monday, October 15 from 1:00 to 2:30pm. Village Center. No registration required. Food brings the global family together. Literary Bites invites the community to join in an exploration of food in every form, in every cuisine, in an environment that encourages sharing recipes, prepared dishes and culinary experiences. Members can choose to share a dish they’ve prepared using a recipe from a cookbook the group is focusing on. This inaugural meeting will focus on My Kitchen Year: 136 Recipes That Saved My Life by Ruth Reichel, former editor of Gourmet Magazine. Literary Bites continues on the second Monday every-other-month. To receive an email reminder for this event, CLICK HERE.
