Do you miss New York?  From the comforts of our plush chairs take a trip to The Lower East Side and visit Schimmel’s Knishes, Katz’s Deli, Anshe Chesed, The Daily Forward, Eldridge Street Synagogue, and Rabbi Eisenberg, one of the few remaining Torah scribes remaining in The Lower East Side. Listen to a number of stories and tidbits about some of the great people who lived on The Lower East Side such as Irving Berlin, Eddie Cantor and George Burns. Marty Schneit will take us on a wonderful adventure back in time.  Martin Schneit is a born and bred New Yorker and historian.
