Come learn about why Theodore Roosevelt is known as the “Conservation President”.  As president he created new designations and worked tirelessly with Congress to conserve land for future generations.  The groundwork he laid as president for conservation is something that continues to impact American society to this day.  National Park Ranger Eliza Rasmussen has been permanently stationed at the Theodore Roosevelt Birthplace National Historic Site since May 2017.  To receive an email reminder for this event, CLICK HERE.
