Westchester Women Speak Out ONE BOOK ONE COMMUNITY with Dana Rubin live on Zoom

Wednesday, May 20

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Wednesday, May 20th at 2pm.

In 2020, we celebrate the 100th anniversary of women in America winning the right to vote. Women have been speaking in public for centuries, but what they said was seldom written down, recorded or remembered. Join Dana Rubin as she pays homage to women of all backgrounds with a connection to Westchester. The presentation will highlight among others, Isadora Duncan, Amelia Earhart, Carrie Chapman Catt, Joan Rivers, and Deborah Sampson Gannett. Dana Rubin is a career speechwriter and founder of the Speaking While Female Speech Bank.
