Room Reservation Software Has a Glitch
Continue on to Reserve a Room. You only need to read what’s below once.
Once you submit your reservation, the software is incorrectly telling you the space is already booked (see below). Don’t worry, your reservation is complete at this point. You should get an “Confirmation of Meeting Room Request” email. Then, once staff approves your request, you’ll get a “Request Accepted” email. If you don’t get a “Confirmation of Meeting Room Request,” please contact the Information Desk at 834-2281 x. 3.
If the space was actually booked you would not have been able to select the time initially. We’re sorry about this extra step and as soon as we can figure out what is causing it, we’ll fix it.
