Upcoming Programs May 4th-May 17th

Stuck at home? Why not attend one of many online library programs for adults, teens and children. There is still plenty of time to read Cooked Up by Elaine Chiew before the discussion at the next meeting of Literary Bites on Monday, May 11th at 1pm. Short and Sweet returns on Thursday, May 14th with a discussion of The Enchanted April by Elizabeth Von Arnim. Our yearly visit from New York historian Marty Schneit is online this year. Marty will discuss the history of the Lower East Side on Friday, May 15th at 1pm. Librarian Frank Connelly’s weekly reading of The Sketch book, by Washington Irving, is Tuesday at 2pm on Facebook Live.

For children we have our continuing weekly online programs including the Activity of the Week with Rebecca and Gordon on YouTube on Monday’s at 9am and Family Bedtime Stories on Facebook Live on Thursday’s at 7pm.

If you are a teen interested in playing Dungeons & Dragons please contact us to set up a game. We still have our weekly teen Any Book Discussion, where you can discuss any book, on Mondays at 3pm.
